Controls the transparent main-window takeover used with a SweepWX OBS source underneath the NWALS browser source.

OBS layout: keep SweepWX loaded underneath the NWALS browser source. During takeover only the main product window becomes transparent. The L-bar, footer/status bar, alert crawl, and Incident Command interrupt layer stay in NWALS.
Auto Trigger Settings
Default auto triggers: any enabled local TOR/SVR/FFW, a strike inside the immediate radius, or sustained lightning meeting the nearby threshold. The return delay prevents rapid flapping between radar and the normal playlist.
